The root of the herb horseradish will heal inflamed sinuses in a very simple way, which is done at home, through inhalation and coatings.

In folk medicine, horseradish has long been known as a medicinal herb. Because of its sharp and bitter taste, and the essential oils that contains, horseradish is a very popular root. Its main ingredient is glycoside sinigrin, and thanks to that reputation, it is treated as a cure.
Find and apply a few tested recipes to discover why horseradish heals sinuses.
Inhalation of inflamed sinuses
On a heated ring covered with aluminum foil, put some shredded horseradish. Cover your head with a towel and inhale the evaporation for 5-10 minutes, just before bedtime.
The pang which you’ll feel in the nose before going to bed is a sign of the positive effect of horseradish.
If sinuses have been bothering you for a very long time, you cannot sleep, and secretions from the nose did not stop, here is another good recipe.
Ingredients:
  • Glass bottle or half liter jar
  • Grated horseradish, almost to the top of the bottle
  • apple cider vinegar vinegar
Fill the horseradish bottle with the apple cider vinegar, close it and hold it at room temperature for 10 days. Shake it from time to time. After minimum 7 days, open the bottle and inhale for 5 minutes. Try to breathe deeply. Then close the bottle and repeat the procedure every hour.
At night, pour a little of the liquid on a cotton cloth, hold at least 15 minutes on the forehead and nape. It would be great if you could spend the night with the linings on you. Repeat the procedure 5 to 7 days tops.
