Preparing the natural Botox mask
Ingredients:
  • 1 tbsp. of cornstarch
  • 5 tbsp. of fresh carrot juice
  • 1 tbsp. of low fat cream
Directions:
Put the cornstarch in a  pot with 100ml of water, and then put on the fire on medium heat.
Keep stirring the mixture till it becomes thicker and the the water reduces. Remove it from the stove and let it cool.
Add the cream and carrot juice,  and then mix everything until it blends well.
Make sure you clean your face thoroughly before applying the mask. Apply the mask on the affected areas. Leave it for about 30 minutes, before you rinse with warm water.
Keep the remaining mask refrigerated to be able to use it again. For maximum effect, it is advisable to apply the mask 3-5 times a week.
