1kg (35 oz) lemons
Preparation: Clean the lemons using baking soda. Rub it onto the rind to clean any dirt or other impurities. Boil the water, then let it cool.
Next, cut lemons into thin slices and chop the parsley, then add them to the water. Cover and keep the liquid in the fridge. After a day, stir well and put the liquid in a glass bottle.
Drink 100 ml (3.5 oz) of the healthy drink every day.
