According to a new study, the reason for inflated stomach and you have not overate is that intestinal bacteria react to gluten.
A person may have celiac disease, if it is intolerant to gluten. Gluten is the protein found in cereals including rye, wheat and barley.
If a person with celiac disease spends gluten, the immune system responds with damage to the small intestine. This may be the cause of abdominal pain, diarrhea, bloating and fatigue, among other symptoms.
What should you do?
You need to stop eating gluten foods for seven days, and if you notice improvements you should continue with consuming that kind of food, however, if you don’t notice any improvements, than you should go and visit a doctor, because the problem is not caused by the gluten.
Most people’s extra weight is caused by the allergic reaction from gluten, and because of that there is no reason why you should not try this diet.
