Watermelon Diet: Lose Two Kilograms Within Two Days

There are many diets where the main ingredient is watermelon. However, the 5 day detox diet with this vegetable is the most popular and gives excellent results because at the same time helps reduce excess weight and also cleanses the body.

Watermelon menu, detox program for cleansing the organism:

Day 4
Lunch: Vegetable soup, one toast, 50 grams of cooked chicken and a slice of watermelon.
Dinner: 2 cooked potatoes in combination with tomatoes, seasonal salad and a piece of watermelon.
Day 5
Lunch: 50 grams of cooked beef in combination with champignons, one toast and one slice of watermelon.
Dinner: 50 grams of fresh cheese, 2 toasts, slice of watermelon.
