Method of detoxification
Take regular rice and count the spoons as many as you have years. For example, if you are 37 years old, take 37 tablespoons.
Wash the rice and place it in a glass jar. Then place the jar in warm water, close it well and place it in the refrigerator. The next morning, drain the water, take a spoonful of rice and cook it for 3 to 5 minutes without salt in plain water. Eat the rice on an empty stomach in the morning.
Fill the jar with rice with hot water and again leave it in the refrigerator until the next morning.
Repeat this procedure until you eat all rice.

There is one condition to obey – in the morning, after you eat the rice, it is recommended not to eat or drink anything for at least three hours.
After the detoxification, using this method, back pain, neck pain and joints pain will completely disappear. The effects of the treatment are not immediate but gradual. The process of cleaning, itself, starts in two weeks. Toxins will be ejected through urine excretion. Urine color will change and will become blurry.
In order for the detoxification to be successful you have to drink plenty of fluids, about 2 liters of water daily. You can drink green tea too.
