Carrot Juice - Reasons to Drink it Every Day

People don’t have a habit of drinking vegetable juice and that is a huge mistake .Fresh juices contain much larger amount nutrients and vitamins than bought ones.Carrot juice is a rich source of necessary nutrients and minerals . It helps treat and prevent diseases and helps improve our vision, skin, hair, nail etc. Drinking carrot juice daily is a habit that everyone should start. It is both healthy and tasty as well.




1.Reduces cholesterol
The fiber in a carrot is half the soluble type and half the insoluble type.  The soluble type of fiber binds with cholesterol, then carries it out of your system as a waste , which helps lower the cholesterol known as LDL( low-density lipoprotein). LDL cholesterol is known this way because it’s the type that can attach to arteries, create a blockage and lead to a heart attack or stroke. One cup of carrot juice has 2 grams of total fiber, or  you can  get the same amount from eating one large carrot.
2.Prevents Tumor
Large amounts of carotenoids in carrots can help prevent specific types of tumors to develop.
3.Good for teeth and gums
Vitamin C helps to heal wounds and keeps the gums healthy. When we chew a raw carrot, it stimulates our gums.This  triggers the production of saliva which is alkaline in nature and balances out the acid formation and also reduces the growth of bacteria causing cavity. There are some significant minerals found in carrot that helps to protect from tooth decay.
4. Better quality of skin
Due to vitamin A carrots helps prevent skin dryness and reduces scars and blemishes. It gives life to your skin by improving the skin tone and it  helps improve hydration and thus keep your skin moisturized.This juice effectively acts as a vitamin supplement for your skin.

Because of the high essential oils, this carrot juice helps prevent acne by detoxifying your body.

Carrots are known to improve hair thickness and promote growth.
