1.Figs
For most people it is the most delicious summer fruit, and it is super-sweat. A cup of fresh figs contains about 27 grams of sugar, and also a great amount of good fiber and potassium.
2. Mango
Mangoes are tropical fruits packed with a lot of sugar. A cup of mango contains 23 grams of sugar, and a third of the recommended daily amount of vitamin A, necessary for good vision. It is also rich in other vitamins, amino acids, and antioxidants.
3. Cherries
For many people cherries are the sweetest fruit. A cup of cherries contains 18 grams of sugar, and they also have low glycemic index, which prevents hypoglycemia. Cherries are rich in potassium, reduce blood cholesterol, and contain many vitamins and minerals.

Both black and white grapes contain equal amount of sugar (15 grams). Both types are rich in fiber, and black grapes have slightly higher amount of antioxidants
