Breast cancer is the second most common cancer death in women. Researchers, doctors and other experts in the health industry never stop their attempt in finding a more effective ways for cancer treatment. However, though the cure will be a great help for patient with cancer, the best way to deal with cancer is to avoid having one in the first place.
There are many known cancer causes including radiation, carcinogens, hormones and also genetic factor. While we cannot change the genetic factor, live a healthy life style is something we can do to prevent cancer. But do you aware that there is something you consume in your daily that can increase the risk of you having cancer?

To see how those products associated with breast cancer, the participants were observed for 12 years. The result of the study was quite shocking. It shows that people who consume high-fat dairy product daily has 64% higher chance of dying from any cause and 49% higher chance of dying from breast cancer than those who consume low-fat product or lower amount of high-fat product.
Even though the study reveals how full-fat dairy products relate to breast cancer, it’s too early to say that full-fat dairy product will surely lead to a fatal breast cancer outcome. More researches, test, and experiments need to be done to support this study.
Other than avoid consuming full-fat dairy products every day, here are a few things you can do to decreased the possibility of breast cancer reappearance and increase survival chance :
Maintain your body weight
Do not consume alcohol
Do not smoke
Eat more fruits and vegetable and reduce the consumption of processed food
Routine check up and follow the advice given by your doctor.
