Research states that Turnip can kill as much as 86% of all breast cancer cells and when consumed regularly, can lower chances of breast cancer significantly.



The presence of phytonutrients in Turnips is what causes this wonder. Known as Brassica-phenanthrene in the medical world, Turnip is also a good antioxidant and a great way to prevent tumors.
