Older people experience pain in their back, knees, legs and ankles. But younger people are affected as well.Usually this is because of sitting all day and inactive lifestyle. The conducted survey showed that one- third of adults has joint pain in the past 30 days.

There are diseases that include this pain such as osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, bursitis, gout, strains, sprains and many different injuries.
Approximately 50% of these back pains will heal in two weeks, and 90% will heal in three months.
But there are also people that have chronic back pain that makes their everyday routines hard. They find it hard to sit, lie down or even stand.
Leg pain usually comes as a result of wear and tear, overuse or injuries in the joints and bones, the muscles, ligaments, tendons and other soft tissues tearing.
Poor circulation is also a cause for leg pain.
Here you can read about a Pain Relief Smoothie
Needed ingredients:
One orange
two cups of pineapple
two celery stalks
two pears
one lemon
one inch of raw turmeric root
a dash of black pepper
½ teaspoon coconut oil
Way of preparation:
First you need to peel the lemon, the orange, the ginger and turmeric. Chop and core the pineapples and the pears. Next you need to put all of the ingredients into a blender and blend them at high speed.
At the end you can consume it right away or keep it closed in a jar for up to 3-5 days.
The blender keeps the dietary fibers inside and if you use a juicing machine the fibers will filter out as waste.
The high fiber intake produces lower C- reactive protein (CRP) in the blood. This is a marker of inflammation linking to diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis , heart disease and diabetes.
The benefits from each ingredient
Pineapple
Pineapple has bromelain that is effective in relieving joint pain and reducing inflammations associated with arthritis.
The Bromelain has more enzymes than the Nonsteroidal anti- inflammatory drugs.
Orange
Usually overuse of the muscles or lack of potassium or calcium levels can cause leg pain.
The body needs the right amount of Vitamin C to prevent the inflammations maintaining healthy joints suffering from osteoarthritis.
Celery
Vitamin K is found in celery. The lack of this vitamin can cause abnormal cartilage and bone mineralization. They also increase the potential appearance of osteoarthritis in the hands and knees.
Pear
Pears are rich in vitamin C needed for reducing the inflammatory arthritis and rheumatoid arthritis.
Lemon
Beside the Vitamin C, the lemon is rich in Vitamin E. They both are antioxidants that the body needs.
They help protect the cells from free radical damage helping at the same time to maintain the collagen and the connective tissue.
Ginger
The gingerol had the ability to fight prostaglandins, lipid compounds that trigger the pain.
Turmeric
A published study in 2009 in the Journal of Alternative Complementary Medicine showed that the turmeric can relieve pain and improve the function of the knee. It is better than ibuprofen against osteoarthritis.
Another study conducted in 2006 where the curcuminoid was researched showed that the turmeric can inhibit the joint inflammation and destroy the pain.
Try consuming this smoothie and wait for few days to start working.
Don’t feel stressed if it doesn’t work from the first sip, you need to give it time. You can also besides consuming this juice, try some exercises.
