Cleanse Your Kidneys From Toxins With Only One Ingredient

With the ridiculously high toxin load we’re faced with in our modern society, sometimes we need to take extra steps to cleanse our kidneys and give them a rest from processing so much so we can begin to heal and come into balance.

HOW TO CLEANSE YOUR KIDNEYS FROM TOXINS AND STONES

Cleansing the kidneys is a simple process and most cleanses don’t require an exhaustive supply of tools or ingredients to work.
Throughout history, humans have always used fasting or cleansing as a way to detoxify not only the physical body, but the emotional body as well. If you’re already in good health, then doing a yearly kidney cleanse can be a gentle form of prevention for you.
Here I would like to share with you a very simple herbal kidney cleanse treatment with parsley.
Parsley has a long history as a beneficial herb for the kidneys and both the fresh plant and dried parsley tea are often recommended for kidney infections or to help dissolve kidney stones.

PARSLEY TEA – RECIPE

  • Add 1/4 cup chopped parsley to 4 cups water and bring almost to a boil.
  • Remove from heat, steep for 15 minutes, then strain.
  • Drink it within three days to prevent spoiling.
Note: If this parsley treatment is not effective for you, just treat it as a “health” drink. You have nothing to lose. But make sure you consult your doctor for alternate treatment. This remedy is not to be used during pregnancy or during menstrual period.
A juice cleanse combines the nutritional power of fruits and vegetables into one, easy-to-drink beverage.
It is loaded with antioxidants and nutrients necessary for facilitating the removal of toxins. This helps take the strain off the liver, colon, and kidneys.
Vegetables like celery, cucumber, zucchini, lettuce, carrots, kale, and spinach are great for juicing. For fruits, try apples, peeled oranges, pears, pineapple, and peaches.
Do not forget to drink plenty of water every day to help your kidneys do the work effectively.
