  • 4-6 thin slices raw ginger
  • Cup water
  • Honey
  • A small ceramic pot
The method of preparation:
Pour water into a pot and boil it. Then add the ginger and saute over low heat for ten to fifteen minutes. Then remove the pot from the heat and pour the tea into a cup. Add the honey.
