8 Crucial Kidney-Failure Symptoms That Most People Ignore!

1.Swelling
The kidneys are not able to remove the excess fluid in the body if they are not working properly, which can lead to swelling in the hands, face, feet, ankles and legs. Unexpected swelling may be the reason of failing kidneys.
2.Changes in Urination
Changes in urination could be an early warning symptom when the kidneys are falling:
–         You may have difficulty urinating and feel pressure
–         Your urine may contain blood
–         You may urinate with dark colored urine in small amounts or less often
–         You may urinate with pale urine in larger amounts or more often
–         Your urine may be bubby or foamy
–         You may urinate in the middle of the night
3.Skin Rash
The build-up can cause skin rash or severe itching if the kidneys are not able to remove the waste from your blood. Skin is becoming irritated and dry due to waste accumulates in the blood. 4.Fatigue
Kidneys produce a hormone called EPO or erythropoietin when they are healthy. This hormone is responsible for making red blood cells that carry oxygen. There are fewer red blood cells that carry oxygen, when the kidneys are damaged. Your brain and muscles are becoming fatigued easily and quickly, leading to anemia.
5.Shortness of Breath
Shortness of breath in two ways can be also caused by kidney damage. Your body can be left starved of oxygen because of the shortage of oxygen carrying blood cells caused by extra fluid build-up in the lungs.
6.Metalic Taste in the Mouth
It can make your food taste different and bad breath when waste accumulates in the blood. It could be symptom of kidney damage if you notice a change in your food preferences or loss of appetite.
7.Pain
Pain in the upper back or on the same side as the damaged kidney can be experienced if you suffer from kidney damage. Kidney stones and kidney infections usually cause spasms and severe pain.
8.Trouble Concentrating and Dizziness
If the brain is not getting the oxygen it needs, it is known as anemia related to kidney damage. This can cause trouble with concentration, dizziness and memory loss.
