WHAT ALOE VERA DOES IN YOUR BODY: WHY EGYPTIANS CALLED IT THE PLANT OF IMMORTALITY

We’ll ask you a question – do you have an aloe vera plant in your home? Lately this plant become very popular in American homes and a lot of people in the whole world have aloe vera in their houses. But, a lot of them don’t know that aloe is not only for decorative reasons, aloe helps in many healings.
This plant also can be fount by name Aloe Barbadensis and it has been used thousands years ago.It is speculating that aloe have sacred place in ancient Egyptian, Greek and roman society. It also have a long history of healing in South Africa, Latin America, and the Caribbean. An experts, from the University of Maryland Medical Center, claim that aloe is being used in United States throughout the 18th and 19th centuries. So we can say that aloe is one of the most used medications in contry.

Preparation
What you need:
-A clean cutting board
-A sharp filleting knife
-An aloe plant
-A clean plate
-A clean cotton towel
-A sterile glass jar
-Fresh lemon juice
-A food processor (optional)
Directions:
Here is direction what you need to do – first, you can start by washing your hands to avoid contaminating the sterile gel. Then, you need to pick one leave from the botton of the plant. Note: it should be at least 4-6 inches long. Make sure by cutting the leave you cut corectly, not damaging the whole plant. Then, you need to wipe your knife. Now, you can wash and let drying the leaf and let it sit on your plate at a 45° angle so that it may drain out its yellow juice. This juice is a potent laxative that may cause digestive distress in some people.
Wait about 15 minutes than, you can clean sharp edges on your cutting board. After that, you need to gently fillet the leaf as to remove the green outer shell and lose as little gel in the process as possible. Note: You must repeat this process until the green is gone. Now, you need to cut the gel in cubes and put the cubes in your jar. Be sure you get all the gel from the leaf. If you want you can also squezze a lemon juice over the gel to help it last longer. ou roughly need a 1/4 lemon for each cup of gel. Shake to coat evenly.
Note: you can put the gel into your food processor and pulse on high to turn it into a smoother gel. But, that is up to you. Be sure to put the gel into sealed jar in your refrigerator for up to a week.
Use:
If you use like a medication ,you need to take 30 ml three times per day internally after consulting your naturopath.
If you use for healing, here’s what you need to do: you need to clean the spikes, and rub the gel directly to your wound many times until the wound is healed.
