The food that we consume daily contains nutrients that can slow the aging of the brain and even rejuvenate it according to the newest researches.

The green leafy vegetables such as spinach, kale, grape leaves contain large amounts of vitamin K and, if you consume two servings of these vegetables you will rejuvenate your brain for 11 years.

In the research the cognitive abilities of alder people were measured.  Those people who consumed more green leafy vegetables had 11 years younger brain apart from the others.
The major problem in Alzheimer’s disease is the reduction of cognitive abilities and for the first time is revealed how the development of the same can be partially prevented or reduced.
