If you want to get weight loss and want to see yourself as handsome you should to avoid some foods which are really very tasty, You should to avoid some luxurious goods which are decrees our physical labour. You should to sacrifice something of your luxurious life. You should to follow some tips which can make you as handsome and smart and also help to lose your weight. which are as follows-

1. Try to walk every day:

There is no alternative and easy way of morning walk if you really want to lose your body fat. Try to walk every day. Try to avoid vehicles of any walking distance. You can use bicycle. Bicycle can be alternative way of walking. Try to walk at least 30 minutes every day. If it is not possible to walk in the morning you can walk at evening. though morning walk is most effective. At first you will feel weak, but within some days it will be your habituate and You will feel yourself as energetic person.

2. Try to avoid deep fried foods:

Try to avoid deep fried foods and try to eat always boiled and light fried foods. Though deep fried foods are very tasty but it is not good for your weight loss program. Deep fried food always contains more oil which is not good for your body fat. Deep fry make foods more delicious. As a result you will eat more than your normal eating if you eat this deep fried delicious food.

3. Say No to Fast food:

Every people likes fast food because fast foods are always very delicious and tasty. It is very difficult to avoid this tasty fast foods. When you will walk on front of the fast food restaurant, I am sure the delicious smell and its colour will attract you to get the tast of these fast foods. But, you should to know fast foods are made by some elements like meyonej, cheese, sauce, oil, butter which are playing the biggest role to accumulate fat in your stomach. 4. Walk before going to bed:

When we eat some foods, our body get some calories from these foods. different foods contain different amount of calories. If you think your body is a Car then calories are the fuel of your body. But, this calories can be very bad for our body if it is not burn. If we want to burn our body calories then we must have to do physical labour. Walking can be a good way to do physical labour or physical exercise. We should to burn our calories as much as possible because unburnt calories are accumulate fat in our stomach, It is one of the leading causes to increase our stomach if our food does not digest properly. Try to take dinner before two ours of sleeping and walk after dinner. After dinner if we go to bed for sleeping then there is no chance to burn the calories because there is no chance to do physical labor. As such, after dinner we should to do some physical exercise like walking or something else. It will help to digest your foods and help to burn the excess calories.

5. Try to Avoid Lift:

We have to sacrifice some luxurious habituate of our daily life. We should to use our body as much as possible because there is no alternative way of physical labour to get weight loss. If it is possible, always try to avoid lift. You can use stair instead of lift. It can be a good way to decrees your stomach. When you use stair then it make pressure on your stomach which is very good way to lose your stomach fat. It also burn our body calories.

6. Be aware about some habituate :

Always try to remain straight during the walking time. Even try to remain straight when you sit any where and also stand any where. Try to avoid working long time in front of computer and sitting down long time in a place. It could be help to increase your stomach fat. You can follow a special physical exercise, which can help to reduce your stomach fat.
(i) Take a Big Ball. Keep your feet on the ball and lie down on the floor or bed. Now try to touch your feet by your hand. Obviously it is a little bit difficult, but you should try it every day as much as possible. Try to touch your feet 10 times a day and try to increase it every day. It will help you to reduce the fat of your stomach and you will success to get weight loss.
(ii) Lay down on the floor or bed. Put your hands straight beside your body. straight your legs. now try to up your head and legs from lay down very slowly, make pressure on your hip but do not displace your hands from the beside your body and do not make pressure on your hand or other organ of your body. just make pressure on your hip and it will make pressure on your belly automatically. Do not displace your legs or do not bend your legs. Just keep the legs straight and try to sit slowly. You feel very pressure in your belly. Thought it is very hard but try it and increase its time every day how much it is possible. It is one of the most effective physical exercise to decrees your body fat, specially belly fat.

Lay down on the floor. Put ur hands back side of your head. straight your legs. now try to sit from lay down very slowly but do not displace your hands from the back side of head. Do not displace your legs or do not bend your legs. Just keep its straight on the floor and try to sit slowly. You feel very pressure in your belly. Thought it is very hard but you should to try it everyday and you should to increase its time day by day how much it possible. It is also the most effective physical exercise to decrees the body fat, specially belly fat.
Over weight is the top problem of many countries specially for developed countries. Over weight peoples are increasing day by day in developed countries. It may be they are dependent on machines or digitization. There are many alternative way to avoid physical work. Even now you can buy some exercise machine which are alternative of physical exercise. You just lay down on the machine and it make some vibration in your body and the making company are telling this vibration is similar as physical exercise vibration.
