It is about seeds from pumpkin.   5. Fighting depression – Pumpkin seeds effectively act on mental health, in particular they reduce the symptoms of depression, stress levels and anxiety.
  6. Help to reduce overweight – thanks to proteins and fibers inside the pumpkin seeds, you will be satisfied for longer than usual. Only 30 grams of these snacks contain around 5 grams of protein and around 285 calories. So consume them in moderation.
