  • 3 t brown sugar
  • 3 ice cubes
  • 3/4 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1/8 t nutmeg
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin, cubed
  • 1/4 t cinnamon
Directions:
Put all the ingredients together in a blender and blend them until you get a nice smooth mixture. Once prepared, you can drink this healthy mixture and enjoy its benefits.
