You should massage it with your thumb for 3 minutes a day, using the same pressure on your ear.
After the massage you’ll notice that your body has got much more energy. It also removes the uncomfortable symptoms like fatigue in the arms, legs, shoulders and feet.

This point is located precisely between the nose and upper lip.
You need to stimulate it for 5 minutes, twice a day.
This kind of massage helps you control the sense of hunger and nervousness.

In order to find it, cover your knee with the palm of the same hand. The point is located between the endings of the small and ring finger and it looks like a small cavity between the bones. An everyday massage of the Zu San Li point in the evening hours is very favorable for you to lose the excess of weight – they even say you can lose up to 400-500 grams a week!
Massage this point 9 times using circular movements clockwise on every leg alternately (9 times on one leg and 9 times on the other one). Perform this massage for 10 minutes in total (5 minutes on each leg). But, make sure you don’t massage it before you go to bed so that you don’t cause insomnia. When you’re pressing this point, you should feel a little bit uncomfortable, even a small amount of pain or otherwise you won’t achieve the desired effect.
