Pineapple, Oats & Cinnamon Smoothie
This pineapple, oats and cinnamon smooth contains high levels of vitamin C, magnesium, bromelain and silicon. These are anti-inflammatory and help in reducing pain. They also provide your body with energy and strength.
Water – 250 ml
Instant Oatmeal – 1 cup
Pineapple (sliced chunks) – 2 cups
Honey – 40 grams
Cinnamon – 7 grams
Orange juice (fresh & natural) – 1 cup
Almonds (crushed) – 40 grams
How to Prepare?
Start by cooking the oatmeal
Squeeze juice out of the pineapple
Add almonds, orange, cinnamon and honey into a blender and blend properly
