Homemade Cough Syrup to Remove Phlegm from the Lungs!

A productive cough is usually the nastiest one, because it goes together with a wheezing breathing sound, tightness in the chest, and mucus accumulation into the airway and chest, and phlegm cough. It is generally caused by a thick mucus build-up. The mucus could vary in the color – green, white and yellow, all of which are excreted by the coughing.

The color of phlegm is also very important, because it reveals what actually causes it:
Green phlegm: It is caused by very serious bacterial infection, as bronchitis.
Yellow phlegm: It is caused by the immune response to an airways inflammation.
Clear phlegm: It is a normal type of phlegm.
Brown phlegm: It is caused by an air pollution or smog.
Pink phlegm: It is caused by an asthma.
Grey phlegm: It is caused by a cigarette smoke.
A Homemade Cough Syrup to Remove Phlegm from the Lungs
This is very effective traditional home remedy, which successfully remove a phlegm from the lungs. Also, it is completely safe for your children. In order to prepare it, you will need the following ingredients:
1 cup of brown sugar
1 cup of water
1 lemon
1 teaspoon marshmallow root
a spoonful sage
1 teaspoon flaxseed
Directions:
Combine the sugar and water in a saucepan.
Heat the texture till it boils and sugar melts.
After that, cut the lemon into pieces and put it together with the rest of the ingredients, mix them well and then, remove the pan from the heat.
Let it for 15 minutes and then strain the liquid.
Place the mixture into a glass jar.
Put it in a fridge for longer life.
Take 1 tablespoon of this syrup 3 times a day till you feel the improvements.
