An effective ways for improving the health of the gums:
Turmeric – is powerful ingredient for relieving inflammation. Make mixture paste with teaspoon of turmeric powder with honey than apply it on teeth and gums. Leave it on 3 minutes ,rinse your mouth with water. Do this every night before bed.
Oil from tea tree – it is effective antiseptic, can significantly help in the case of gum disease. Apply it directly to the gums it will heal the gum disease and will reduce the swelling .Make mixture paste ,add salt to freshly squeezed lemon juice ,apply it to the toothbrush, brush your teeth
Coconut oil – the anti- inflammatory and anti- microbial effects of coconut oil protect your gums from gingivitis.Only apply coconut oil on your gums.
Garlic oil – apply garlic oil on your gums feel a little tingling but do not rinse it immediately, leave it few minutes on it to act than rinse it.
Aloe Vera – natural remedy against bleeding and swollen gums. Only apply form the gel on your gums and leave it for a few minutes. Repeat this procedure until the situations is improved.
Baking soda – magical baking soda is an excellent remedy for gum disease. Make paste by mixing little water and 1 tablespoon of baking soda,apply this paste on your gums. The results are exceptional.
