Flush Your Intestines With This 2-Ingredient Colon Cleanse

Your intestines are hard workers. Over the course of 70 years, they’ll process 100 tons of food and 40,000 liters of fluid. That’s a lot of work! This makes keeping the colon clean and healthy all the more important. Of course, eating a healthy diet heavy in fruits and vegetables is a great way to stay healthy in general, but we all know sometimes it’s impossible to avoid deliciously bad food.

You may think an enema can do the trick. Well, unfortunately, an enema will only cleanse about 50 centimeters of your large intestine. We want to do a more thorough cleanse. It’s very simple to do.

If you suffer from inflammatory bowel conditions, gastritis, ulcers, or colitis, consult a physician before you do something like this. You’ll want to be sure this fits well with your current treatment regimen.

You will need:

  • Ground flaxseed.
  • Kefir of your choice.


  • Mix one tablespoon of ground flaxseed in 1 cup of the kefir of your choice.
  • Let sit in the refrigerator for an hour.
  • Consume with a meal.
  • Repeat twice a day for a month.
The flaxseed is very high in fiber, giving your body the tools necessary to effectively eject waste. The kefir is high in probiotics, helping balance the flora in your intestines and keep the colon healthy.

This isn’t a one-off treatment though. Any long term health improvement will require consistent work. This is something you can do every day for the rest of your life, but in order to be successful, you will need to do it every day for a month at least.
