Studies have shown that drinking water naturally boosts your metabolism, and drinking fruit infused water can be an easy way to increase your water intake. You can infuse water with any number of herbs, spices, edible flowers, fruit and even vegetables. You can leave the fruits or veggies peeled or unpeeled.
Try to use organic if you can. Avoid any fruit that’s bruised or overly ripe, or herbs that don’t look fresh.

While infused water has the benefit of being full of flavor, it also has no calories, making it a very powerful tool in your efforts to lose weight and gain better health.
