Juice extracted by press is the most nutritionally complete juice that may contain up to five times more vitamins, minerals and enzymes than juice extracted by any other method.
Fresh fruits and vegetables are pressed using a hydraulic press juicer that applies a tremendous amount of pressure to extract the nectar from the pulp.
This pressing action, instead of blending or grinding that are known to generate heat, will minimise oxidation and degradation of fruit and vegetables, thus helping to keep the all-important nutrients and enzymes intact.
Pressed juice is simply the closest thing to raw, pure fruit and vegetables.
