Chokeberry is a powerful natural weapon against diseases and it contributes for prevention from many illnesses. There are several types of chokeberries, but the most curative is the Siberian chokeberry which grows in areas with low temperature and untouched nature.
Chokeberry is so called food of the future because it has huge power in curing human’s organism. Chokeberry improves blood circulation and heart work and by everyday use it lowers cholesterol and triglyceride in blood. Relieves migraine and headache and lowers blood pressure. Chokeberry is well-known by the fact that it improves overall immune system and prevents development of viruses and bacterial infections of urinal track and improves the work of gallbladder and liver.
Ripe grains and chokeberry juice contain huge amount of beta-carotene and due to the presence of iron it is an excellent natural medicine against anemia. Chokeberry regulates the level of sugar in blood so it is recommended for regular use among diabetics.
It is also used for improper working of thyroid gland, slows down aging of the skin and prevents the appearance of stretch marks.
