Make Spring Body Cleansing: Detoxification In 5 Simple Steps!

Cleaning the body does not need to be complicated. In order to feel full of health and energy, stick only these simple guidelines.

1. Water
Drink as much water as possible. Water is very important for our overall health. You should drink 8 to 10 glasses of spring or purified water on a daily basis. This way you will eliminate toxins, speed up your metabolism and improve your mood and your skin’s look.
2. Green vegetables
Broccoli, kale and spinach are rich in vitamins and minerals. By consuming green vegetables you will strengthen your immunity and will cleanse the body of toxins. Eat as much as green vegetables as possible -- in fresh form, steam cooked, in salads or in a form of domestic green juices.
3. Fruits
Consume as many fruits as possible. Consume them in any form -- fresh, dried, frozen or as a juice. Fruits will give you energy and vitality.
4. Whole grains and legumes
Whole grains and legumes are an excellent source of antioxidants, vitamins, minerals, protein and dietary fiber.
5. Lemon
Lemon helps to eliminate toxins from the body. Start your day with a cup of hot water in combination with juice of half a lemon. You will instantly feel better, and after a while you will notice that you have more energy and losing excess weight.

-- Go to bed early
-- Exercise regularly
-- Spend as much time as possible in nature; breathe fresh air
-- Change the way you prepare your food. Instead of eating fried or baked meals, try eating fresh fruits and vegetables.
-- Prepare homemade fruit and/or vegetable juices.
What you should avoid during the detoxification process?
Avoid alcohol, coffee and sodas. In case you are smoker, try smoking less, or even better, try quit smoking. Do not consume margarine, white sugar and refined oil. Also, avoid heavy, oily and fried food.
