You can drink them in a raw juice form or you can add them both in a glass of water. Another important thing to remember is to avoid drinking carbonated water due to its acidifying effects onto human’s body.
Find recipes which will match your taste when it comes to drinking pineapple and/or lemon juice. Make sure you consume that kind of beverages regularly.
