In a big bowl, mix 1 cup of lemon juice, 1 cup of raw apple cider vinegar, 1 cup of garlic juice and 1 cup of ginger juice.
Now boil them for 30 minutes or little longer until you get a perfect mixture.
Let the mixture cools down and then add 3 cups of raw honey to taste. Save the liquid in a glass bottle and put it in the refrigerator.
How to use: Consume one teaspoon of this mixture every morning before you eat anything.
For this recipe, you have to prepare 30 cloves of garlic, and chop them into small pieces, 6 peeled lemons, also cut into small pieces.
Firstly, place these two ingredients into a blender, add a glass of water and blend them until you get a homogenous mixture.
Now pour the mixture in a pot and add 2 liters of water. Boil the mixture and let it simmer for 5 more minutes.
Let the mixture cools for a while and transfer it to a glass bottle. Save it in the refrigerator.
How to use: Drink 50ml of this mixture everyday for 3 weeks, then make a pause of 1 week. Then again, drink 50ml of it for another 3 weeks. Repeat it in this way every 6 months.
