Ingredients:

  • 1l water
  • 1 small piece of ginger root
  • 2 tablespoons of turmeric
  • 400 grams chopped onion
  • 400 grams of brown sugar

Preparation:

The brown sugar and the water mixed together should be placed in a pot and be heated with strong fire until the mixture starts to boil. Then, add the onion, ginger and turmeric. When the water starts boiling, reduce the temperature of the fire. Cool the mixture in room temperature and place it in the refrigerator.

Way of consumption:


From the resulting mixture consume every morning and evening, before breakfast and two hours after your last meal. Also, it is recommended to relax in the hot tub, because your body will start spew toxins.
